Photo Release Consent

To ensure the safety and privacy of all children attending Vacation Bible School (VBS), all photos and videos will be taken exclusively by an approved church member who is a professional photographer. No other volunteers, staff, or attendees are permitted to take photos or videos during VBS, including with cell phones or personal cameras. This policy is in place to maintain a secure environment and to ensure that any media shared is appropriate, high-quality, and used only in accordance with our photo release guidelines.

Please indicate your preferences regarding the use of photos of your child(ren) during Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Cross Timbers Baptist Church.

I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or recorded during VBS activities. I do not give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during VBS.

If you do give permission, please indicate how your child(ren)’s image may be used: Internal Use Only (e.g., church newsletters, classroom displays, slide show, etc). External Use (e.g., church website, public social media posts, promotional materials, etc).
